I am super excited to have you come to my online studio!

If you want to glide into midlife feeling confident, strong, energised + lean then you are in the right place!

I offer Bitesize workouts that are short, focused + effective to a glorious community of women who want to feel empowered + strong. You will find the perfect blend of exercise, designed to build muscle mass, increase bone density, improve balance + posture + help with long term health, fitness + well being.

There is no perfect way to workout, that why I provide 3 elements - URstrength, URfit, URcore - that not only help you achieve physical gains, but also revolutionise the way you feel about yourself, your body + your stage of life. 

URfit  – a mix up of cardio + body weight exercises designed to increase your cardio endurance, functional movement + build muscle definition. Exercises are kept varied + challenging to keep you on your toes, but there are always scaling options so suitable for all levels.

URstrength –  using weights to improve functional movement patterns. Designed to improve your energy levels, bone density, muscle mass + endurance - perfect for midlife! You will be guided through how to keep correct form + safely how do strength based exercises under load. This all about increasing strength for a  stronger more athletic you!

URcore - here we focus on the whole abdominal area helping to improve spinal stability, pelvic floor connection, spinal mobility + to give the appearance of being stronger + leaner. You might be a runner, or have experienced lower back issues - these workouts can help you + bring a new level of strength to your core.

My mission statement is to educate, empower + enrich women's lives through the joy of movement. Exercise is for every body.....no matter what type! Whatever size, fitness level, ethnicity or age, you can find workout, class or programme that's right for you! 

I’m aiming to build a community that is inclusive, fun, supportive + cares as much about their physical well being, mental well being as well as for the environment + the world we live in.
